There are a number of places where we show product images in the app. For products that come from order history, we take the image from the original product listing.

For registered products, you can upload custom images that will be shown. To do this, you will need to navigate to Trade-in Profiles > 'Products that require registration' > 'Customise' product registration settings. You can enable images on categories and/or on product options, depending on where you want images to display.

Don't worry - if you have one of these settings enabled but haven't uploaded an image to that product or category, the placeholder will be used! You can change the placeholder if you'd like, as displayed below.
