Customising app copy

Learn how to customise the copy of the trade-in portal

We understand that every merchant has a unique brand identity and communication style. That's why you can customise all of the app's copy, ensuring that your messaging is consistent and tailored to your target audience.

The customisation process is simple:

  1. Access the Copy Customisation Panel: Navigate to Settings and head to the Storefront tab. Scroll down to the Trade-in portal customisation section where you will find a link to the Copy Customisation Panel.

  2. Edit Text Elements: Once inside the panel, click on the text field you'd like to customise and enter your desired copy. Some fields also require you to add in special handle bar statements which represent dynamic data that will be pulled into the copy (for example, the Trade-in ID).

  3. Save Your Changes: Once you're satisfied with your modifications, click the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your app. Your customised copy will now be visible to users.

  4. Review and Refine: Periodically review and refine your app's copy to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and in line with your brand's objectives.

Please note: we occasionally edit the default app copy in line with our development schedule. If these changes will affect your edited copy, we will notify you with sufficient time for you to capture your changes.
