We understand that every merchant has a unique brand identity and communication style. That's why we've introduced a feature that enables you to customise all of the app's copy, ensuring that your messaging is consistent and tailored to your target audience.

Getting Started with App Copy Customisation:

To help you make the most of this feature, we've made the customisation process simple and easy to use:

    Access the Copy Customisation Panel: Navigate to the app's settings and head to the Storefront tab. Scroll down to the Trade-in portal customisation section where you will find a link to the Copy Customisation Panel.

    Edit Text Elements: Once inside the panel, click on the text field you'd like to customise and enter your desired copy. Be sure to double-check your changes for grammar and spelling errors. Some fields also require you to add in special handle bar statements which represent dynamic data that will be pulled into the copy (for example, the Trade-in ID).

    Save Your Changes: Once you're satisfied with your modifications, click the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your app. Your customised copy will now be visible to users.

    Review and Refine: Periodically review and refine your app's copy to ensure it remains relevant, engaging, and in line with your brand's objectives.
